ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have the responsibility of end-to-end recruitment project management for Bulgarian Business unit. You will play the key role in partnering with our Hiring Managers to bring best talents to the organization through shaping recruitment strategy and selecting candidates.
YOUR NEW RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own the end-to-end recruitment and selection steps, ensuring seamless and engaging candidate experience.
Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders, providing insights and market intelligence to drive informed hiring decisions.
Utilize all available recruitment channels and sourcing options, use digital tools and data-driven approach to identify the best candidates, proactively or reactively.
Lead assessments, interviews, and development centers, ensuring we hire top talent in line with our high global standards.
Use properly all systems, meeting all process requirements, to ensure recruitment data accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
Strengthen our employer brand by leading career events, networking initiatives, and digital engagement efforts.
Collaborate with People and Culture and Center of Excellence (CoE) teams to align talent acquisition with broader business and people strategies.
Build and nurture talent pipelines for both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning.
DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
University degree in HR, Psychology, Business/Management.
Passionate and enthusiastic professional with 5+ years of recruitment experience.
Performance driven and accountable: has high standards and a constant drive for results.
Innovative thinking: on the lookout for simplification and innovative ways of working, experiments and adapts.
Excellent relationship building skills.
Organized and structured approach to work.
Act as owner, ready to take the lead if necessary.
Can skillfully use technology (MS Office, online platforms, ATS systems).
Fluent command of both Bulgarian and English.
