We are looking for a motivated and proactive candidate to join the team of our client on the position of:

Direct Marketing Manager - Telecom Sector

Responsibilities:

• Create direct marketing campaigns and strategies based on 360 degree analysis of customer based behaviour (customer lifecycle management)
• Monitor pricing and product/services development and relevant market trends in telecommunications
• Build the telesales team (optimal compensation model, team structure and capabilities) alongside Channel Marketing and CC teams.
• Develop Marketing platform and channel roadmaps
• Manage, develop and motivate direct reporting staff. Assess the individual and teamwork performance in the unit

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing and leadership positions
• Experience in Campaign management and Marketing automation roles
• Knowledge of the Telecommunications industry would be considered an advantage
• Fluent in English (written & verbal)
• Proficiency with MS Office package
