ManpowerGroup SEE is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fill the position Digital Marketing Specialist.About the job:
As Digital Marketing Expert, your main responsibility will be to cover the full marketing process – from analysis of data to content creation and monitoring of campaigns related to international educational events. You will be in charge of finding specific market characteristics which you will implement into an appealing campaigns that are going to grab the attention of the targeted audience.
Daily activities for covering the abovementioned main responsibilities include:
•Creation of digital media campaigns to reach specific target audiences in different geographical areas;
•Constant monitoring and analysis of data and website traffic so that the information is taken into consideration in order to improve the effectiveness of future campaigns;
•Multitasking in terms of simultaneously running campaigns in different geographical locations, while monitoring results and issuing reports on an ongoing basis
•Consideration of budgets and targeted audience for optimization of the campaigns;
•Working across functions and with different stake-holders within the company
•Analysing post-campaign results and recommending improvements.
The perfect candidate has:
•A university degree in relevant subjects such as Marketing , Graphic Design, Business;
•1-3 years of experience on a similar position;
•Proven experience with Facebook and Google ads;
•Experience with web metrics and analysis;
•Experience with image editing tools;
•Experience with setting marketing campaigns on foreign markets;
•Multitasking skills – to be able to work on several projects at a time;
•Analytical thinking and team player personality;
•Fluent English;
