Order Management Specialist B2B with English

Main responsibilities:

• Processing key orders accurately and on-time with regard to internal procedures and with agreed service level targets;
• Communicate effectively with regard to incoming orders, products requests, price inquires, supply inquires, delivery management, export documents creation, order status follow-up
• Process and follow-up customer inquiries related to its scope;
• Dealing with invoices, credit and debit notes;
• Monitor performance and take appropriate actions to achieve business targets.

Job requirements:
• Experience with SAP;
• Good knowledge of Excel - Pivot, Vlookup etc.
• Fluent in English language;
• Previous experience on a similar role of minimum 1 year;
• Good communication skills; teamwork spirit; ability to follow deadlines.
