The CRM Product Owner is responsible for setting the vision and roadmap of Salesforce for Sales teams. You will be responsible for working with stakeholders to evaluate existing capabilities and identify initiatives to improve their processes and experience, including improvement and collaborating closely with the other product managers on the team to align projects. You will inform the overall roadmap through defining, assessing, and continuously evolving the priorities to drive adoption, team member and stakeholder satisfaction, and efficiency.

What to expect:
Develop and communicate product vision and roadmap.
Work with business partners, User Experience, Product Managers, and Technology to identify user and business needs, design, manage, and monitor product initiatives through clear Product KPIs.
Work with stakeholders and users to define epics, minimum viable product, and create lean business cases to obtain approval and funding.
Collaborate with technology leads and architects to assess feasibility of epics.
Collaborate with the rest of the Product Managers in creation and prioritization of product backlog, backlog refinement, and participate in other agile ceremonies.
Collaborate with the other product managers across the business in a matrix organisation and technology partners to plan releases that add value to our team members and customers.
Serve as the CRM subject matter expert, helping partners identify opportunities for improvements, analyze complaints and issues, and identify solutions.
Identify short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; recommend options and courses of action.
Design, develop, and drive the adoption of sales management processes

To be successful you need to have:
Bachelor's Degree.
2+ years Product Management experience
Proficient knowledge of CRM platform is preferred (Salesforce).
Experience working with agile development teams and workflows within JIRA, Confluence or similar systems.
Ability to communicate results to management and in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to develop, lead and manage large, complex initiatives.
Ability to motivate or influence senior level team members.
Exceptional organization skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Product Management or Product Owner certifications preferred, not essential.
