Currently we are looking for a motivated candidate to join the team of our partner, an international company which produces electronic modules and cables for safety-relevant components in the automotive sector a professional for the position of:

FACILITY MANAGER


Requirements and Education:

A degree in Engineering (Mechanics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering);
Minimum 3 years relevant work experience (preferably in the automotive industry);
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must;
Excellent communication skills;
Skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP);
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-management skills.

Main responsibilities:

Schedules preventive maintenance and improvements , taking corrective maintenance into account;
Responsible for communications with production Manager and production team in all shifts for topics related to tasks of the day, major equipment maintenance, overall production shutdown, equipment returning to operation etc.;
Communicates with team and make decision on issues related to productivity, cost reduction and waste elimination;
Monitors maintenance KPI’s;
Single point of contact for construction workers, maintenance, rental relations, relations with multiple vendors and subcontractors;
Executing investor control, managing the construction sites, systems and facilities;
Responsible for and coordinates all activities related to building security, building cleaning, waste management, the buildings’ power, water and gas supply.
