RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Organize different type of virtual events from the beginning to the end: IT conferences, media events, corporate events, VIPs, etc.
• Follow company’s event policy with high-end standards of each detail (content, design, production, etc.)
• Control of event’s budget
• Contact vendors, suppliers and define the best options for the projects
• Process payments and contracts under company’s internal practices
• Manage the event schedule and work under short deadlines
• Manage speakers and brief them
• Manage external agency partners (events, MICE, BTL, production, etc.)
• Adapt and control brand book and partners brand during events
• Support the preparation of marketing materials for events
• Support the communication with potential partners
• Collate relevant data & provide recommendations before, during and after the event
• Regularly provide post-analysis of organized events with budget, leads, reports, etc.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• 2+ years experience in international event management in IT sector
• Virtual events production experience
• Experienced Zoom user
• Experience with international projects abroad
• Good knowledge of account processes
• AV and production expertise
• Large-scale contacts in international events / MICE
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Rational thinking in a complex of problem and out of time situations
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Team oriented working attitude and understanding of different cultures
• Ability to prioritize and adaptable to change
• Efficient time management
• Strong attention to detail
• Fluent English (German & other languages as a plus)
• PR or SMM experience is a plus
