On behalf of our client, international tobacco company, we are looking for an experienced and responsible professional for the position of Channel Management & Trade Development Associate.

Main Responsibilities:
• Regularly update the company Merchandising Standards and manage their implementation in the field ensuring consistency through operational guidelines, reporting and performance analysis;
• Ensure visibility of company products at the point of purchase by, and supportive of, assortment, space and promotion plans and brand programs;
• Coordinate permanent and temporary Point of Sales Materials development projects;
• Evaluate the opportunities in terms of communication with consumers in each channel and coordinate the development of superior marketing materials allowing company brands to stand out at retail level;
• Develop merchandising initiatives for field execution, including FF briefing and training;
• Search, analyze, select and collaborate with local & international suppliers to secure the production of trade marketing tools, products and services at a specified quality level for all channels;
• Customize merchandising programs based on customer and consumer insight in order to develop innovative, effective and efficient merchandising initiatives;
• Handle accountancy and administration issues related to the assigned budget, ensuring ROI, proper monitoring, monthly reporting and control over spending.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
• University Degree (preferably in Marketing/ Economics);
• Minimum one year of experience in FMCG (trade marketing or sales) or experience in an advertising agency within BTL activities;
• Fluent English;
• Knowledge of trade segmentation / trade activation;
• Knowledge of merchandising and trade marketing;
• Project management skills;
• PC knowledge (MS Office);
• Analytical skills.
