On behalf of our client, innovation international gaming and financial trading company, we are looking for an experienced and responsible professional for the position of Social Media Content Manager.

The Social Media CM will be responsible for content creation specifically targeting Bulgarian Social Media channels. This includes coverage of local and international sports with an emphasis on football. The content manger needs to have proficient knowledge of local and international sport that is relevant to the Bulgarian Market.

Main Responsibilities:
• Planning relevant content for the local audience relating to games in advance including - images, gifs, top stats, relevant info etc;
• Identifying the top games per day and post updates before, during and after these games (need to be conversational and relevant to boost engagement);
• Identifying locally relevant topics regarding local sport and upload-localized content;
• Engaging with fans on Social Media to keep up engagement with the brand;
• Taking part in weekly brainstorms and content planning sessions and contribute to the developing the monthly social media marketing strategy;
• Conceiving, planning and executing social media promotions across multiple social media platforms to increase fan engagement, brand awareness, player acquisitions and revenue generation;
• Commenting and engaging timeously with fans across social media platforms to keep conversations going and build engagement;
• Dealing with day-to-day issues, escalations & input on response handling;
• Compiling monthly reports on promotion results, social pages engagement and sentiment;
• Monitoring of industry related content to identify trends and promotions;
• Coordinating with the operations manager to escalate priority customer queries to support staff;
• Keeping up to date with:
- Local social media trends and contributing to the overall social media strategy
- Business and product knowledge and changes
- The customer experience
• Monitor Facebook insight to draw meaningful conclusions about campaigns and achievement of key KPIs including:
- Audience growth
- Engagement rates
• Analyzing social media data to understand effect of content (boosted & non-boosted);
• Providing monthly reports on contents’ success and draw conclusions on the types of content needed going forward.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
• University degree in Marketing or other relevant;
• At least 3 years’ experience on the same or similar position;
• Ability to analyze and present content and social performance;
• Analytical skills with attention to details;
• Experience in content development for a growing social audience;
• Ability to deal effortlessly with several tasks and to meet strict deadlines;
• Fluency in English;
• Passion for using social platforms with innovative content, brand awareness and reputation management.
