For our partner- the global Research-Based BioPharmaceutical Company, we are looking for a:
Office Assistant

The role includes the following tasks:


· General office correspondence and administration;
· Ensure that documents and invoices are properly maintained and organized;
· Secretarial Support (Calls, E-Mails, Presentations, Internal and External Communication);
· Organize and coordinate events (internal & external);
· Provide assistance with travel arrangements;
· Monitor and maintain office supplies and arrange necessary approvals;
· Support arrangements regarding company cars.

Requirements:


· University Degree;
· Previous similar experience minimum 1 year;
· Fluency in English;
· Good PC skills;
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
