RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages all phases of the IT projects assuring the necessary methodology frame, tools, and documentation
Prepares, agrees, and maintains up to date project schedule
Ensures that the needed IT resources are allocated, as per the latest schedule
Controls project schedule, scope, and budget
Manages communication with internal and external stakeholders
Identifies the opportunities, manages risks and issues during all phases of the project
Monitors project progress and reports it on regular basis
Develops and delivers project documentation such as: project charters, project schedules, presentations, project status reports, etc.
Prepares regular and ad hoc project status presentations
Supports PMO management in process improvement with ideas, proposals, and implementation of pilot initiatives


REQUIREMENTS

University degree in the field of Telecommunications, Information Technologies or Business administration
Minimum 3 years professional experience
Minimum 1 year experience in management of projects
Knowledge in IT projects, services and software delivery processes
PMP or PRINCE2 or relevant certifications will be considered as an strong advantage
ITIL knowledge and/or certification will be considered as an advantage
AGILE knowledge or certification will be considered as an advantage
Fluency in English language
Very good computer literacy – MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio
Very good communication and presentation skills
Ability to meet deadlines and to perform under pressure in cross-functional business environment
Analytical and innovative thinking
