For one of our clients an innovative company specialized in Financial technology services we are looking for:
CSR Team Leader with English (New Company)
Main responsibilities:
Supervise team members and ensure they provide customer service of a high quality;
Prepare shift patterns and monthly schedules;
Monitor team members’ performance and KPIs;
Prepare regular reports on current tasks.
Practical knowledge of Zendesk, Intercom or Slack is considered an advantage.

Job requirements:
Experience in managing a customer support team (preferably in the BPO field);
Ability to be a a proactive self-starter who has an excellent customer service approach and attitude;
Excellent level in English (minimum C1 level of the CEFR);
Availability to work on shifts;
