Team Lead with Turkish, French, Dutch, German or English

Main Responsibilities:
Monitoring and managing the day-to-day activities of the team;
Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets and conducting training of team members to maximize their potential;
Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals;
Drive operational excellence and responsible for people and performance management;
Handle customer escalations and provide updates to management proactively

Job requirements:
Excellent level of Turkish, French, Dutch, German or English (C1 Level);
Working level of English (B2);
Prior Experience as a Team Lead;
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel);
Eager to learn, self-motivated and goal-oriented;
