Job descriptionInvestor Media Group is a leading media company, based in Bulgaria. Its portfolio consists of first-class TV, radio, online and print media. Investor Media Group is the only public company in Bulgaria, listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, that includes TV media in its portfolio. Its mission is to be the preferred source of timely and trustworthy information, useful practical knowledge and quality entertainment, delivered with respect to the wide and specialized audiences.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute events according to requirements, target audience and objectives
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
In charge of event marketing and PR campaigns
Worked closely with various teams – creative, design, PR, marketing, IT, sales
Supervise all staff
Fluent in English
Identified, prospected, negotiated, and supervised external vendors and customers
Handling logistics
Managed relationships with international partners (speakers and customers)
Coordinated operations and managed administrative functions
Prepare post-event reports
Requirements
Proven communication and negotiation skills
Highly organized multi-tasker
Fluent in English
Good time management
Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
Excellent organizational skills
A knack for problem-solving
Customer-service orientation
A team player
Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Hospitality is an advantage
