Brand Representative with German / French / Dutch (NEW PROJECT)

Main responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients;
- Provide information via phone and email;
- Troubleshoot customers and provide solutions;
- Create records within the company`s database.

Job requirements:
- Fluent level of German / French / Dutch (C1 level);
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Previous experience within Customer Support / Technical Support is considered as an advantage.
