To strengthen their team in the new center in Sofia, we are currently looking for the position:

Shared Procurement Operations Expert with English and/or German (NEW SSC)

Main responsibilities:
Validation of purchase requisition; processing of purchase orders; managing of purchase order changes or cancellations;
Handling of order confirmations and management of deviations; handling claims and returns;
First level support of internal customers; support internal customers in operational procurement and guide through the relevant buying channel;
Support the transition of processes incl. knowledge transfer and work shadowing.

Job qualifications:
Fluent in English and/or German language;
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance;
Professional experience in procurement;
Exposure to SAP plus additional ERPs and MS Office package;
Experience with other Procurement Software: Procurement Suite Tools such as: SAP Ariba, Catalogue Procurement Systems.
