On behalf of our client, international company providing cryptocurrency based financial services, we are looking for an experienced and responsible professional for the position Head of Compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage of the company compliance function to ensure the company meets all regulatory requirements;
• Conduct independently initial and ongoing Due Diligence reviews on new clients and delegates including KYC/AML identification;
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure the relevant legal documentation is in place;
• Manage Compliance Strategy Roadmap;
• Designing and implementing the Compliance and AML framework and policies;
• Approve changes to the Company’s documentation relating to compliance issues;
• Manage current/integrate new Compliance technology;
• Address different types of compliance queries (recurring and ad-hoc) from internal and external stakeholders;
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts;
• Work with management and staff to ensure that the business implements and maintains suitable systems and controls to meet the regulatory requirements;
• Recruit and train Compliance staff.

Qualifications & Skills:
• University degree (preferably in Law);
• 8+ years of experience working for compliance department;
• Experience within the technology. fintech and cryptoassets industry would be highly desirable;
• Understanding of the fintech industry and related products is an advantage;
• Fluency in English;
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
• Proven history of working effectively with people at all levels, both inside and outside the Company and within and across a decentralized international and matrixed environment;
• Motivated and solution-oriented, with the ability to work successfully across multiple cultures;
• Experience interacting with local regulators is an advantage;
• Ability to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced and dynamic environment;
• Outstanding analytical, prioritizing, problem-solving and planning skills;
• Attention to details and perseverance.
