Tier 1 Advisor with German/Slovenian/French/Spanish/Polish

Main responsibilities:

• Provide hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution via telephone, email, and chat;
• Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware, software, or network problem resolution;
• Administer and provide User Access and Exit controls;
• Use Tracking System to document and manage problems and work requests and their resolution.

• Fluent German/French/Spanish/Polish/Italian (C1 & good English: min B2);
• Education any formal background will be considered, however, candidates without support experience can also apply;
• MS Office Suite: MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook, Office 365, will be considered as an advantage.
