Position Title: Head of Continuous Improvement - Fixed Term Contract (Lean Six Sigma Certified)

The primary responsibility of the Head of Continuous Improvement for each location will be to assume the role of a critical business partner to internal clients and their staff utilizing Lean SixSigma, Design Thinking, Automation and all continuous improvement methodologies in solving business issues. The successful candidate must be able to manage at all levels, from the “executive suite to the production floor” and all layers in between. He/she must also be comfortable lending advice, influencing senior leaders, and giving direction at all levels.

Job Description
Main Responsibilities:-

Personally deliver Lean Six Sigma training to “belt” candidates and new hires. This will include Champion, new hire induction, Yellow-, Green-, and Black-belt candidates. Lead Kaizen and Just Do It workshops to create quick wins and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Understand, develop and apply global strategies to optimize processes and drive standardization across Experian globally with an initial focus on data operations processes across regions enabling improved time to file and quality resulting in positive Client, Customer and financial benefits.
Oversee and collaborate on the development, preparation, and presentation of productivity investment cases to ensure objectives, risks, benefits and approach are clearly articulated and embraced and regional and global levels.
Assess improvements using advanced technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and advanced analytics such as machine learning with the support of IT partners.
Perform assessments utilizing analytical skills to understand internal client environments.
Perform sound analytical studies to achieve internal client expectations.
Leverage the flexibility of methodologies and tools (LSS, Design Thinking, Automation) to enhance approach to client environments.
Identify and execute projects to advance strategic goals and objectives as an individual contributor or teammate.
Deliver trainings and support/coach/mentor Project Leads.
Develop and deploy internal controls and organizational metrics dashboards per regulations and/or client needs
Support efforts to align to global standards for technology and processes that will allow Experian to leverage our scale by driving consistent practices and avoiding wasted cost/effort.
Executive-level stakeholder engagement, Group-level and Business Unit executives (Regional CEOs, Presidents, Managing Directors). Design and present business requirements based on process knowledge for technology implementations.

Qualifications
Required key skills:

Participated in Enterprise level deployment
Participated in and/or led projects at BB level
Designed, deployed and analysed VOC surveys and SWOT assessments
Background in Shared Services or transactional experience
Demonstrated mastery of Transactional Lean and Six Sigma tools and Lean concepts
Advanced data analytics beyond basic Six Sigma tools
Development of metrics and dashboard concepts
Environmental assessments and other unique applications
Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skill
Minitab and other statistical software knowledge
Visio and/or IBM BlueWorks for process mapping
Working knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum)
Change Management education and experience
Demonstrated ability to transform an organization’s culture through process and metrics driven performance
Experience working with both large
