We're currently looking for a Transformation Product Manager to join our Decision Analytics team.

The Transformation Product Manager will oversee a portfolio of strategic initiatives required to commercialize & scale our “Essentials” cloud-based software solutions. Building effective relationships with senior management and stakeholders, in different countries, time zones and cultures, is key to success in this role, as is a high level of strategic communication ability & sufficient technical fluency to comprehend the complex nature of our products.

Responsibilities:
Establishing governance framework & tracking delivery against a portfolio of transformation workstreams aimed at scaling our midmarket / “Essentials” cloud-based software solutions.
Setting workstream & program priorities in collaboration with key stakeholders against planned objectives, supporting workstream planning and other preparatory activities
Ensuring each workstream has clear scope, target outcome, owner, RACI, timeline & milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
Tracking all key dependencies & issues across the workstreams, teams and software development roadmap, and putting forums/processes in place to resolve dependencies among key stakeholders.
Creating templates, tools, systems and supporting operational cadence to streamline workstream milestone tracking, KPI measurements & stakeholder updates to enable constant visibility and alignment around program status
Delivering regular executive communications & reporting on workstreams status and outcomes delivered.
Tracking and following up on all actions from executive forums.
Supporting ad hoc executive reporting, analysis & project management as needed
Use Agile processes where applicable and promote Test/Lear and prototype approaches.
Ensuring all go-to-market requirements surfaced through transformation workstreams are captured, clearly documented, tied to investment cases and aligned with the appropriate team.
Ensuring go-to-market requirements are translated into functional or technical requirements where applicable, in partnership with the appropriate owners, and aligned to roadmaps.
Reviewing and confirming that designed capabilities meet the specified intent, business and end-user needs where applicable.
Engage with cross functional teams and related stakeholders as part of a virtual program team, ensuring all stakeholders understand vision, target outcomes, & requirements.
Work with cross-team stakeholders to discover business gaps and/or technical gaps
Maintain a clear view on progress and articulating it to stakeholders, alongside issues and risks
Confidently facilitate meetings and present progress at different levels.
Advocate for Agile practices to achieve increasingly Agile working.

Qualifications
Requirements:

Background in a Product or Program Management role within a Software / Technology context, possessing technical familiarity and the ability to confidently work with senior stakeholders and customers.
Experience of working in an Agile environment
Fast learner – can quickly get up to speed with complex solutions and knows how to acquire knowledge, able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment, resilient and self-confident.
Strong networking, collaboration, alignment and influencing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential to be able to communicate with stakeholders from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds) and strong listening skills.
Strong prioritization skills and ability to identify highest-impact, highest-value activities
Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and translate that understanding into requirements.
Being logical and passionate yet patient lends itself to success in this role.
Proven track record in the domain would be an advantage / industry or academic certifications relevant to the domain, technology, or discipline
Fluent levels of verbal and written English.
