We are currently looking for one of our international clients – a company focused on innovative construction company, for a motivated candidate on position:

Business Development Manager


If your passion is in sales, negotiating and dealing with objections, and constantly looking for new opportunities - this position is for you.

We are looking for a candidate with:

3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in the construction business
Completed technical education /MSc. Civil Engineer/
Proactively searching and explore new business opportunities/clients, conduct cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to existing business customers
Ability to work in a team but also autonomously, willingness to travel and ability to work under pressure
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Fluent in English

What will be the responsibilities for the position?
Acquisition of new construction projects and management of the full pursuit until award
Building business relationships with current and potential clients
Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
Strong-minded negotiation of new projects and systematically keeping in contact with clients

Participate in the research and bidding of the project
Responsible for monitoring of the calculations during the submission of tenders
Coordinate all tasks from the moment of bidding, check of the agreement, respectively development of technical / economic alternatives (with the assistance of specialists, for example cost estimation department etc.) in coordination with the management of the company in connection with the acquisition of projects.
