Manpower Bulgaria - your career partner!For one of our international partners we are currently looking for a Sales Specialist with Italian to join their team. The role is office-based.
Responsibilities:
Engage inbound leads from web forms and partners, understand their business needs, and convert them into qualified sales opportunities
Act as a trusted solutions consultant and payment expert, presenting tailored solutions that best fit each client’s needs
Proactively identify and pursue potential customers through research, networking, and outbound cold calling
Confidently discuss pricing, terms, and conditions with customers, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets
Drive new revenue and new account acquisition by successfully closing deals and onboarding customers into the product ecosystem
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring a smooth sales experience and strong engagement after the sale
Accurately track all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in HubSpot. Provide regular updates on performance, forecasts, and results
Work closely with the wider sales team and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, strategy, and customer success
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or business development, including cold calling and deal closing
Strong sales skills over the phone, with confidence handling objections and guiding customers toward commitment
Fluency in Italian and English
Experience working with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a strong advantage.
A proactive, can-do, go-getter attitude with the ability to take ownership of results.
Proven ability to commit to pursuing customers, follow up consistently, and drive deals to closure
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
A target-driven, self-motivated mindset with a consultative approach to sales.
