For one of our partners in the field of catering, we are looking for a responsible and motivated candidate for the position:

QUALITY MANAGER - FOOD PRODUCTS
Responsibilities:

Plans, conducts and prepares reports on the results of the internal audits of the restaurants and the production enterprise of the company for compliance with the requirements of the safety and quality standards of the franchisor;
Assists the regional operational managers of the restaurants in identifying, analysing the causes of problems and significant trends in order to continuously improve and prevent recurrence of significant customer complaints;
Works actively with the quality departments of food suppliers on projects related to improvements and development of new products;
Plans and conducts second-party on-site audits at the supplier's manufacturing facilities and ensures that they are adequately prepared for the successful completion of the franchisor's formal audits;
Actively assists the quality departments of the producers of basic food ingredients in the development of product specifications and their quality assurance programs to comply with the established global formats of the franchisor;
Controls compliance with the requirements arising from laws and regulations and maintains active communication with the BFSA;

Requirements:

University degree in food production technology or other related to the position;
Experience in developing new food products;
Computer skills - work with MS Office;
Proficiency in English at working level;
Experience in such a position for at least 2 years.
Teamwork skills and proven leadership skills;
Ability to organize its work by priorities and meeting deadlines;
