We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to join their HR team. You will play a leading role in identifying and engaging the best talent in a creative way, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and expanding our recruitment practices as they develop as an organization.

Main responsibilities:
Use the appropriate channels and methods for sourcing candidates based on business needs;
Collaborate with our team leaders and managers to meet their needs and be a subject-matter expert for them;
Use relevant/modern techniques for candidate outreach to engage the best people for our business;
Participates in the organization of company events, team buildings, trainings and other daily activities in the office;
Creating and publishing job postings on various platforms;
Consideration of applications and selection of suitable candidates by documents and communication with them by phone and e-mail;
Conducting interviews for various positions in the company;
Filling in the company's database.

Requirements:
Relevant Bachelor’s degree;
1-2 years of experience in HR or a recruitment field;
Fluent Bulgarian and English, both verbal and written
Advanced knowledge of MS Office ;
Interest and knowledge employer branding activities;
Excellent communication skills, initiative, energy and proactive approach;
Very good Project Management skills.
