ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
In this dynamic team, you will work closely with the BSO (Business Service Organization) HR team and business leaders, drive growth by establishing a talent development culture across the organization and strengthen the country talent bench by accelerating the development of our talents through diverse career opportunities.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively contribute to defining the BSO Talent Development strategy and create a culture of continuous talent development across the organization
Perform talent pipeline health checks, concluding to action plans to ensure strong and valid succession
Build Talent Development capability and strengthen the talent mindset, through the HRBP team and with targeted initiatives for Business Leaders
Cascade the annual Talent Review guidelines to the HRBP team and business leaders
Lead together with BSO HRBP the annual Country Talent Review & MYR. Ensure execution of agreed actions
Lead the implementation of talent processes and programs
Act as Talent Partner to Stream Leads, supporting them with succession planning and Individual development plans quality for successors & Hidden Gems
Perform talent reporting & analytics quarterly, provide recommendations based on insights

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
Degree of Business Management, Psychology, Human Resources or any other relevant field
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in HR, Talent and/or Organizational Development
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Stakeholders management, collaboration & coaching skills
Experience in a complex matrix and multi-national organization implementing internal talent management/development programs and initiatives
Keen knowledge and awareness of external best practices and new developments in the field of talent development
Experience in internal consulting, with proven ability to build relationships at senior level in the business, balancing a strong customer service ethos with constructive challenge and influence
