We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a HR Support Representative for our division.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the recruitment team on establishing unified goals and priorities for new talent acquisition goals and activities.
• Manage meeting recaps, feedback plans, career notes in our HR management system while pairing with managers and supervisors on timely feedback across multiple teams.
• Managing service requests through different access channels
• Handling outgoing phone calls in different countries


Required skills:


• Very good level of Polish, Hungarian or Romanian language
• Strong communication and influencing skills;
• English language is an advantage;
• Time-management skills;
• Self-motivated and ready to learn personality;
• Ability to relate well to all kinds of people;
• Good computer skills;
