On behalf of our Client – one of the leading international companies in its sector, we are looking for experienced and motivated candidate to join the management team of the company and take responsibility for the business in North and East part of Bulgaria, on the position of

Regional Manager North –East Bulgaria

The successful candidate need to possesses:

High education degree;
Excellent sales background preferably in selling FMCG products;
At least 3 years managerial experience;
Familiar in working with distributors, key account clients and direct clients;
Previous background in international company will be considered as great advantage;
Strong leadership and result oriented attitude; Excellent organizational and communicational skills;
Very good level of English is a must;
Good computer knowledge;
Clear driving license and ability to travel extensively in the region;

Main responsibilities for the position include:
Development and implementation of the sales strategy, budget and business plan of the company in North- East Bulgaria;
Management of the business relationships with distributors and local key accounts;
Maintain regular contacts with all clients and partners in the covered region;
Manage and control the work of the sales team in the region;
Planning and budgeting on account-level;
Planning and follow of the daily activities of the team to achieve the sales and distribution targets for indirect and direct sales channels;
Participation in different events and presentations on-site;
Gathering relevant information for the market and competitors and giving structured feedback to the management of the company;
