What you will do:
Maintain relationships with key customers, support the management and development of the sales team, follow up on customer visits, and coordinate actions to improve sales and operational performance.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sofia sales office, ensuring efficient document flow, customer communication, and coordination with other regional offices.
Support the Regional Sales Manager in organizing daily activities, allocating tasks among sales representatives, monitoring performance, and ensuring effective use of working time.
Maintain daily communication with the Regional Sales Manager regarding budget achievement, sales performance, and implementation of organizational measures.
Monitor market trends, pricing, competitors, and customer developments, providing timely insights and recommendations to the Regional Sales Manager and Product Managers.
Monitor warehouse stock levels and recommend adjustments to the product assortment to ensure optimal availability and alignment with market demand.
Your profile:
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Fluent in English and Bulgarian
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and in a team
Valid driving license
