For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game
provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part
of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the
role – Workforce Operations Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute effective workforce strategies that support business growth;
*Forecast staffing needs and create fair, optimized shift schedules;
*Lead, support, and grow a motivated workforce and BI team;
*Oversee time-tracking systems and ensure accurate, compliant records;
*Analyze workforce data to identify trends and suggest smart improvements;
*Prepare clear, actionable reports on staffing, labor costs, and team performance.

Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field;
*Minimum 3 years in a leadership or workforce management role;
*Advanced English skills — confident in both speech and writing;
*Strong Excel and MS Office skills; analytical mindset is a plus;
*Proven leadership with the ability to build and support high-performing teams;
*Familiarity with Bulgarian labor law; iGaming background is a plus, not a must.
