We are currently looking to hire: Business development expert Small Business

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Joining a team responsible for definition, development and implementation of new projects, products and procesess in Daily banking/Onboarding for Small business clients
Researching, analyzing and identifying business clients’ needs and market best practices
Being responsible for product requirements elicitation
Participating in development, prioritization and maintenance of the team product backlog
Managing, iterating and tracking the continued success of all product features
Preparing and maintaining project/product documentation, ppt and reports
Working closely with business, technical and development teams to deliver the agreed roadmap and functionalities
Preparing training & supportive materials for internal purposes of target groups, based on deep knowledge of the new project/product/process

Skills and Experience Required:
Higher Education in Business, Economics, Computer Science or similar
At least 1 year practical experience in digital product development/banking product development
Good command of English
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Result focused, self-driven and motivated personality
Experience with Agile values and principles is an advantage
