Job Description

Ability to perform all the functions of the Project Manager (Level 2) and:

1. Monitoring and controlling EMEA Decision Analytics Portfolio, running of established PMO processes to ensure Project Management, Delivery and Reporting across the markets is performed according to the standards.

2. Controlling Portfolio Scope, Schedule, Cost and Revenue Recognition baselines at project, market and regional level.

3. Support and advise Project Management community on Project Management and Delivery Process: Waterfall and Agile.

4. Organizing, preparing, and operating of PMO “Business as Usual Processes” and Steering Committees:

a. Gating Process (MAB) – Oversee that DA projects in EMEA portfolio correctly go through the pre-defined set of Gates for project milestones.

b. Project Health (RA) – Monitor and Control project health metrics and KPI’s, ensure projects in distress are spotlighted, verify the appropriate Reports and Go to Green plans are in place and provide support to move the projects from Red or Amber to Green.

c. Change Management (CCB) – Control project cost, revenue, schedule, scope, risk, and baselines.

d. Portfolio and BAU Reporting – Generation of pre-defined reports for SLT based on operational Business Intelligence in PowerBI or Tableau.

e. Process Publicity – Maintain Project Management methodology, processes, templates, collateral, and best practices at the CoP SharePoint portal where this information is published.

f. Tooling – Running and supporting Operational Project Management and Business Intelligence and Forecast tools, EMEA QMS Portal, Project Sub-Sites and Repositories, etc.

g. Start Right – Operating PMO Project Start-up Process (PSUP) to help the Project Managers to start the projects.

h. Other BAU – Monitoring of variances, deviations, non-compliance with Risk Management best practices, data quality monitoring, lessons learned collation, etc.

Qualifications
· Proficient in project management methodology and tools including software (SharePoint, MS Project, etc.).
· Excellent knowledge of computer systems and processes and PC desktop applications: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
· PowerBI or Tableau knowledge is a plus.
· Familiarity with business, Experian products and operations. Potential to see the wider picture.
· Good oral and written communication skills.
· Good project management and organizational skills.
· Fast learner.
· Good problem solving and analytical skills.
· Conflict and negotiation skills are a plus.
· Potential for leadership.
· Market Language + English (C Level)
