We’re seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Community Specialist to join our Community Evangelist team as part of our Digital Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and social engagement with Acronis customers and prospects, as well as general community members, in the DACH region. You should be fluent in both written and spoken German and English and be comfortable communicating with community members via writing. This role requires a strong technical familiarity with Acronis products and our technical support process.

This role works alongside one other Community Manager and reports to the Senior Digital Media Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Facilitate and build relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers through digital communities (Reddit, Spiceworks & other)
Support technical service programs and follow up on community member support tickets as needed
Monitor and deliver feedback from customers, partners, and community members
Respond to individuals promptly in the social media/communities
Monitor social media/communities for opportunities to engage in conversation
Cooperate/assist with Marketing, PR, and Event teams in marketing campaigns/events
Stay up to date with all Acronis products and features
Stay up to date with all current developments in the industry
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Excellent German and English written and verbal communication skills
12+ months of experience in a Tech Support
Solid knowledge of MSP solutions line-up (other products is a plus)
Strong soft skills
Customer/partner-oriented
Passion for communicating in social media/communities (e.g., Reddit, SpiceWorks, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
