Our client is one of the fastest growing Fintech non-banking organizations in Bulgaria. Currently we are looking for an experienced and responsible professional for the position of Senior Marketing Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and drive the business marketing strategy to align marketing objectives and activity with the group objectives;
• Lead, support, and develop members of the Marketing team;
• Actively monitor the market and industry changes to ensure the company is forward-thinking in its communication and marketing strategy;
• Collaborate with CMO and CEO and the other departments to define product features, go-to-market strategies, and adoption campaigns;
• Create, manage and execute marketing campaigns;
• Translate the business' strategic objectives and messages into an exceptional brand position and PR plan;
• Lead initiatives from start to finish by thinking strategically and executing tactically.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
• University degree in Marketing or relevant field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience on a similar role;
• Experience in leading, developing and motivating a team;
• Proven working experience in developing, managing, and executing marketing and communications strategies;
• Project management experience, including measuring and monitoring results, being flexible and creative in strategic marketing planning;
• Excellent multi-tasking skills and organizational skills;
• Having an entrepreneurial mindset and a knack for approaching consumer needs;
• Excellent command of English – both written and spoken;
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment and taking a hands-on approach toward driving the business and delivering results.
