Job Description

Job Purpose

To join a dedicated team of product and technical experts, to design Decisioning and IDF client solutions. This group works closely with presales, to optimize the delivery propositions based on clients requirements/SOW. The Solution Architecture must possess an innovation mindset as Cloud solution will take on a greater share of customer solutions.

Main Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Solutions
· Leads the solution design and technical architecture to create compelling and deliverable business cases for clients, which involves the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of the software to the client’s stakeholders in the bid process and to the project’s stakeholders in build phase
· Efforts and costs estimations provision in ATQs
· Technical Sales Support
· Build and maintain demo solution(s) used by presales to demonstrate integrated Decisioning / F&ID capabilities
· Statement of Work adaptations as per the products evolve

Design Authority Level
· Technical support to Product Owners
· Technical design authority throughout the project to ensure the project stays on the correct design path, including evaluating project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform re-engineering if required
· Enhance delivery methodology and reuse use cases/components across the DA product set, to enable faster, higher quality, more profitable client deliveries
· Reusable content creation (documents, preconfigured data links, data enrichment practices, etc.); promote reusability across markets
· Conduction evaluations of the current products’ and systems’ architecture, and work with Global teams and other Service Delivery SMEs to recommend solutions that result in a more effective solutions for clients in the region
· Technical support to Product Owners, including updating stakeholders about any issues connected to the architecture
· Product innovation landing - operationalization of the GTM and delivery readiness assurance
· Continuously researching in Global’s product roadmaps and plans and proposing changes to the existing EMEA’s architecture to enable faster transition of the region into a SaaS business model

Other Responsibilities
· Occasional attendance at client project Steering Committees and provision of specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered
· Establish and produce regular reporting both internal and external, including data and reporting of KPI’s and its trends, monthly contractual service statistics, and service utilization metrics
· Build and maintain excellent relationships with all key stakeholders across the EMEA and Global DA organisations
· Evaluating and mitigating operational risk (based on risk logs)
· Occasional Travel within EMEA may be required

Qualifications

Required Qualifications/Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Finance and Banking, Software Development, Computer Science
· 7+ years of relevant experience in complex commercial solution design or software implementation, with emphasis on cloud-based products (i.e., SaaS, PaaS)
· Demonstrated ability to develop and guide high performance teams through complex platform and/or cloud product implementations
· Strong understanding of internal and Client-focused software user requirements and security and risk management
· Strong process orientation in a project or related implementation environment
· Proven technical and thought leadership, with a demonstrated ability to implement changes for continuous improvement
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively at all corporate levels and with customers
· Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and workstreams in a fast-paced environment
· Strong experience collaborating with product/software development teams, and an understanding of the product development lifecycle
· Extensive business knowledge in credit services and financial services industry
