International Event Coordinator

Have a glance at your responsibilities:
Managing the preparation and organization of physical and virtual events from beginning to end;
Working with various teams to ensure the smooth execution of each project;
Allocation of budgets according to the set goals;
Active communication and negotiation with international hotels and hostess agencies;
Participation in the organization of transport and accommodation of the team;
Preparation of reports and analysis of the achieved results in order to implement improvements.

Qualifications and skills we are looking for:
At least 2 years of experience in the overall organization of corporate events;
Experience in organizing international and online events will be considered an advantage;
High level of English language proficiency;
A foreign diploma or any international exposure will be considered a great advantage;
Proven negotiation and excellent sales skills;
Ability to react quickly and adequately in a dynamic environment.
