What you will do:
Coordinate, supervise and assure quality of the delivery and operation of the Identity and Access Management services and capabilities;
Ensure tasks prioritization aligned with the overall Information Security strategy;
Act as the owner and focal point to business areas and other IT units related to business needs and requirements for Identity and Access Management;
Provide Identity and Access Management security related expertise, advice, support and assistance to all areas to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and Identity and Access Management best practices;
Maintain and update the Identity and Access Management strategy as part of the wider Information Security strategy;
Manage implementations and vendor relationship with key suppliers of Identity and Access Management technologies;
Develop and maintain security standards, policies and operational processes and procedures in relation to Identity and Access Management;
Manage escalations related to Identity and Access Management;
Control user logical access to organization resources in business applications, according to pre-set of system rules and policies;
Control user on privilege/emergency access request to ensure these activities are monitored and approved;
Maintain knowledge and understanding of internal processes, procedures and IT control policies;
Perform and coordinate security and change control related tasks in compliance with the Information Technology Control Policies, standard operating procedures and reference documentation;
Appropriately document and highlight any potential risk concerns identified, escalating to management as appropriate;
Promote continuous improvement to streamline the process of producing quality and timely outputs in meeting service level expectancy;
Exercises a high degree of initiative and independent judgment in coordinating and prioritizing work;
Develop and maintain good rapport with lines of business;
Progress personal objectives, as agreed with your manager, within the documented time scales;
Improve current processes and drive positive change in: controls, data quality and regulatory compliance;
Manage any ad-hoc compliance and security-related projects as required by management.
People management:
Coach, mentor and develop the team members;
Assign goals to the team and ensure close, smooth and productive collaboration between its members and the Infosec areas;
Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement and goal accomplishment.

To be successful you need to have:
8+ years of related experience in Identity & Access Management and/or Information Security field
2+ years of leadership experience
Extensive experience in delivering complex company-wide solutions in the area of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), SSO and MFA solutions
Extensive experience in IAM services ownership and delivering clear and consistent overall company IAM strategy and frameworks
Ability to clearly articulate IAM goals, business value, problems and solutions to business and senior management stakeholders
Extensive experience in delivering technical design (architecture, processes) and operational guidance documentation
Good knowledge of IAM software vendors including product capabilities, strategy and roadmap
Solid understanding of industry best practices related to key IGA processes (e.g. identity lifecycle management, access requests and provisioning, recertification) and concepts (e.g. RBAC, SoD) with ability to design and implement them from end to end
Solid understanding of IT Operations, infrastructure support, operations monitoring and end user support
Ability to provide motivational leadership and communicate clear performance goals to direct reports
Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory controls and requirements (e.g. SOX, PCI-DSS)
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
