General duties:Preparation, implementation, organization and control of direct marketing campaigns;
Experience in the banking industry is mandatory;
Processing databases for the purposes of direct marketing and cross sales;
Data analysis and segmentation of various target groups;
Preparation of specialized reports and analysis;
Project management (Preparation of business requirements, tests and trainings).
Requirements:
University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s);
Advanced level of English language, both written and spoken;
Experience with data mining (SQL; MS SQL; PL/SQL Developer) is an advantage
Experience with statistical analysis (SPSS; SAS) is an advantage;
Very good analytical and communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
Quick decision making, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and good prioritization skills are an advantage.
