About Brand IQ

Brand IQ, a provider of advanced data-driven advertising services, is seeking an experienced technical account manager to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Our comprehensive advertising services focus on exceptional design and actionable data signals as competitive tools to attract and retain sophisticated advertisers. To this end, prior experience in managing complex projects in a client facing role and familiarity with ad ops processes are needed as we look to add value to existing and new client relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Drive and nurture all communication with existing key accounts
• Partner with the executive team to brainstorm ideas for internal and client projects
• Lead all aspects of client communication related to client advertising campaigns
• Be able to speak confidently with clients and understand their needs
• Be able to learn and contribute to certain aspects of ad ops work in the context of digital advertising
• Have exceptional English skills and be able to communicate freely
• Be open to travel to the client offices, within Sofia but occasionally outside the city
• Collaborate with relevant teams on a variety of initiatives, projects and events
• Stay up to date with advances and innovations in advertising and the client industry.


Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance or equivalent experience in a related field
• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a client facing role
• Exceptional communication and time management skills with proven experience managing multiple projects at one time
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Power Point, and familiarity with project management tools
• Willingness to travel to regional and client offices from time to time as projects demand
• Ability to work well under pressure and see stressful situations as opportunities rather than problems
• Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a 'can do' attitude
• Show great attention to details.
