General duties:
Develop and implement integrated social media strategy;
Execute monthly posting plan and regular social media campaigns – storytelling, user-generated content, tips&tricks;
Act as a content creator for different formats – Tik-Tok, Instagram, etc.
Define and track key social media KPIs to measure success or take appropriate actions;
Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Sales and Product Development teams;
Work with designers to ensure content is appealing, engaging and trendy;
Stay up to date with the latest social media practices and technologies;
Use social media marketing tools;
Prepare regular social media reports content and results;
Daily monitoring / social listening and support of inquiries, questions and comments.
Community management – answering different types requests trough direct messages and comments across social media platforms

Requirements:
Degree in marketing, digital marketing or related field;
Previous experience with content creation or on a similar role could be considered as a plus;
Social Media Strategist using social media for increasing brand awareness and impressions;
Deep knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, YouTube and other social media best practices;
Good understanding of social media KPIs;
Excellent multitasking and time-management skills;
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
A true passionate team player;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
