INTERSPORT – 104 stores
• Greece: 56 stores
• Romania: 32 stores
• Bulgaria: 10 stores
• Cyprus: 6 stores

About the job

To ensure operational support for all E-Commerce & Marketing Communications projects

Responsibilities:

v Ensures both the E Commerce & Marketing Communication plans are executed on time
v Collaborateswith the Marketing & Performance Agencies for the smooth adaptation & execution of all marketing campaigns both instore & online
v Participates in the strategy & budget preparation in his/her area of responsibility by providing forecasts regarding costs and sales
v Closely monitors monthly KPIs and budget in his/her area of responsibility
v Monitors and reports on competitor’s activities regarding his/her area of responsibility, providing the necessary feedback and actions
v Responsible to check online orders, performance of E-Commerce platform, search engine optimization
v Works with the Digital Performance agency to enhance marketing spend
v Assists in project management for new E-Commerce features
v Collaborates with Purchasing Department to fulfill the Web Product Range, availability, product up-loading and promos
v Develops content calendar and oversees website product uploads and landing pages development
v Ensures the web logistic procedures implementation (deliveries, courier, returns, stock, etc)
v Manages & continuously searches for new communication opportunities – with malls, event organizers, micro-influencers, banks, telekom, etc.
v Provides briefs and safeguards in time implementation of Radio, OOH production & video adaptation for different campaigns
v Participates & contributes in weekly & monthly performance reviews

Knowledge & Qualifications:

Must Have:
· PC Skills: proficient in Microsoft Office suite
· Foreign Languages and level: English: Good
· Driving license –
· Experience in E-Commerce platforms

Nice to Have:
· Degree: Bachelor, preferably in Marketing
Experience: 3 years in a similar position
