Team Lead, Invoice Processing

What to Expect:
Ensure invoices for all legal entities are processed accurately and timely.
Ensure all invoices are assigned to correct cost centers and business units.
Ensure AP controls are in place.
Coordinate and provide training and support of new joiners.
Compliance with accounting policies and standards.
Lead, plan and organize the team`s work.
Ensure compliance with Paysafe group accounting principles and standards.
Reconciliation of assigned accounts.
Prepare monthly KPIs for invoice processing.

Your Profile:
5+ years of experience in a Procure-to-Pay role/Financial Analyst role
3+ years of experience managing team members
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
ACCA qualification would be advantage
Fluent English
Experience with ERP and Blackline reconciliation tool will be considered an advantage
Analytical; solves problems at root cause and prioritizes effectively
Good organizational skills
Strong communication skills
