General duties:
Management of a technical team of application administrators, including the distribution of current tasks among the employees in the department, trainings, goal setting, etc.
Technical ownership of IT services and applications within the managed domain
Main contact point for Business for the services/systems supported within the managed domain
Management of the processes in scope of activity including operational plans, inventories, and configuration management database
Responsible for operating support of application systems within the domain and servicing of incidents and service requests related to them within the agreed SLA
Capacity and budget planning for the operation and support of the systems within the domain
Creation of roadmaps and continual improvement plans for the systems within the domain
Preparation, maintenance, and execution of Disaster recovery plans for the systems within the domain
Management of Information security and Risk compliance for all IT services in the domain
Work in collaboration with production and development teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes in the IT systems and delivery of projects

Requirements:
Master degree in Business or IT
2+ years experience on a similar position related to IT
Management experience
Deep knowledge on ITIL processes
Strong stakeholder management
Decision making and problem-solving capabilities
Communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in English
A leader who leads his team to achieved goals :)
