Digital Marketing Analyst

The main responsibilities will include:
Planning and implementation of marketing strategies aimed at retaining customers and increasing their loyalty to the brand;
Collaboration with colleagues from different units in the company in order to implement planned CX initiatives;
Planning customer research on an annual basis;
Deeply analyzing the customer experience and identifying the main pain-points the business should respond to
Assist in troubleshooting and reporting platform errors that hinder the effectiveness of customer interactions (via the customer portal, website or mobile app).

What will make you stand out?
At least 2 years of work experience in Digital Marketing;
Customer journey mapping skills;
Knowledge of website analytics and tracking tools;
Flexibility skills in working with different teams;
Fluent English;
Attention to details;
Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude.
