General duties:
The Scrum Master is a "serving leader", a person who takes care of several teams according to the Scrum methodology committed to these teams and does not have and does not assume any other responsibilities that are not related to these teams
Helps the team develop, become more independent and ultimately become a "self-organizing" team
Initially organizes and leads, and then helps the team they gradually organize and lead all the necessary Agile "Ceremonies"
Shields the team from any external distractions during the current work cycle (so-called sprints)
Helps the team to use and adapt Agile "Ceremonies" in the most useful and effective way for them as far as it is in sync with other teams and units in the bank
Takes care of continuous improvement of the work process of the team, including various aspects: support, access, administrative and organizational activities
Assists, trains and gives recommendations and instructions to the Product Owner in his work with the team and organizing the Agile "Ceremonies"
Interprets and adapts the Scrum methodology to the specifics and needs of the specific team within the values, principles and regulations set out in the Agile Manifesto, Marketing Agile Manifesto and DSK Agile Playbook
Disseminate and explain the core values and strengths of Scrum and Agile to other employees of the Bank, as appropriate
Requirements:
The successful candidate must have the following attributes:

Excellent Leadership skills; with a track record of guiding teams on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
Personify Scrum and Agile; Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example.
Facilitation skills; Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work; Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Excellent communication skills; Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information

In addition, more senior candidates will have some or all of the following attributes:

Second level Scrum Master certification (A-CSM, PSM II)
Experience playing the Scrum Master role with an ability to “enter a system” and independently work with individuals and teams in their journey to a self-managing team.
Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, SAFe, Less, Nexus, etc
Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, CI/CD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
Knowledge and experience in Banking or Fintech domains
