Responsibilities for Marketing Specialist
Assist the marketing manager in managing integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online tactics.
Develop, implement, and track marketing programs for the shopping center in accordance with the annual marketing strategy by demonstrating expertise in various areas (events planning, advertising, etc.).
Liaise with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing events and campaigns.
Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities. Maintain awareness of the best practices and marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions.
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
Write, proofread, and edit creative and specific content across different mediums, monitor and update the shopping center branding and signage materials.
Supervision, control and reporting on ongoing events and campaigns and day-to-day shopping center’s marketing activities.
Assist in the ongoing financial and administrative work of the marketing department and the implementation of the monthly marketing reports.

Qualifications for Marketing Specialist Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field. Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role for a minimum of 3 years. Excellent prioritization, organization, and project management skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Excellent analytical skills. Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail. Ability to work well in a dynamic environment.
