For one of our clients – a production giant and a global supplier of goods in the field of
construction. We are looking for capable, digital marketing-savvy and communicative people
for the role of Marketing and Sales Specialist.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Monitoring market trends and customers’ needs and working on eCommerce campaign
management (concept, implementing monitoring);
* Enhancing and implementing country strategy for eCommerce and marketing;
* Working on budgeting, developing and tracking marketing performance indicators;
* Building local brand awareness by organizing customer events, exhibitions and trainings
that are in compliance with corporate brand guidelines and taking on digital marketing tasks;
* Coordinating press releases and product launches (in close collaboration with sales and
product management departments) and increasing employee branding;
* Managing online shop, reviewing pending orders and specific requests, providing support to
company’s sales representatives to ensure a high-quality customer service;
* Handling for eCommerce and managing sales tools, reporting on important observations;
* Analysing sales trends, providing data and suggesting process improvements.

Requirements:
* Fluent in English and Bulgarian with good writing skills;
* Completed education in the field of marketing, communication and/or eCommerce;
* Skilled communicator, able to adapt to different situations and customers;
* Service-focused individual, with a knack for targeting the right groups of customers;
* Team-player, driven by results and providing a quality service, attentive to detail;
* Digital trends and media savvy, able to navigate and use the social networks with ease;
* Great presentation and project management abilities;
* Interest in construction would be a plus.
