For one of our clients – one of the largest and the fastest growing educational networks in the world, we are searching for communicative, experienced and motivated people for the role of Admissions and Brand Manager.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure the brand guidelines are followed by all in the trusted region;
• Assist with the development of strategies that build brand awareness and drive qualified leads and enrollment traffic across the region;
• Develop and manage content, which promotes brand awarenes;
• Produce marketing and communications materials and campaigns;
• Follow the Admissions targets as per business plan, Follow reports and new enrollment success rate and propose improvements; Follow the growth plans with the school management - propose and support accordingly to sustain enrollment of new students;
• Develop and follow yearly marketing plans and budgets;
• Participate and present targets, results and share best practices experience;
• Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns results and effectiveness of schools.
Key Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role in a service, franchise, or educational company, B2C and B2B communications (at least 5 years of experience);
• Experience in Admissions and/or Enrollment role;
• Experience working in multicultural, international environment and managing multi-channel campaigns;
• Marketing and Project Management skills;
• A strong communicator with excellent spoken and written English;
• Excellent organizational and sales skills with accuracy and an eye for detail;
• Proficiency in digital communications, traditional media;
• An eye for creative marketing opportunities and a flair for content creation;
• The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
