General duties:
Transform Needs into Specifications: Translate business needs into actionable functional specifications, business requirements and acceptance criteria.
Create BI Solutions: Design, develop and maintain Power BI Dashboards and Reports. Develop complex DAX queries and measures to support data visualization requirements. Clearly communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through well-design Power BI reports. Ensure data quality and consistency in reporting.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams, to ensure the enhancement of our data capabilities through defining needs, design smart solutions and deliver real value.
Identify areas for improvement: Spotlight inefficiencies within current business processes and recommend effective solutions for improved productivity. Assess potential risks and opportunities for our data capabilities and turn gaps into opportunities. Support and enhance the Data governance standards by analysing and suggesting improvements.
Create robust documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation that outlines data processes, methodologies, business requirements, definitions, etc. Your well-structured documentation will not only facilitate efficient knowledge transfer within the team but also ensure transparency and compliance in a highly regulated industry.

Requirements:
1+ years of experience as BI Analyst, Business analyst, Data analyst, Reporting analyst or similar roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
1+ years of experience with Power BI.
University degree in an economic or mathematical discipline.
Excellent knowledge in Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in meeting project timelines and deliverables.
Highly analytical, naturally curious and a pro-active problem-solving attitude.
