experience field. We are on a lookout for experienced, reliable and friendly travel enthusiasts
for the role of Fully Remote Travel Associate with Norwegian or Dutch and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Communicating with business travel customers regarding travel preparations;
* Helping with flights and other modes of travel;
* Assisting with hotel reservations and other issues that can arise while dealing with travel
preparations;
* Making sure that everything is arranged so that customers are satisfied with mode of travel
and accommodation;
* Striving towards high quality customer experience when interacting with business travel customers.

Requirements:
* Active listener with strong phone communication skillset;
* Proficiency in Norwegian or Dutch and English and solid PC user skills;
* Experience of minimum 2 years in travel or a similar field;
* Familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS) is a considered and advantage;
* Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
