For one of our clients – a huge company, present world-wide. We are on a search for
responsible, organized and detail-oriented individuals for for the role of Customer Marketing
Contracts Coordinator with French or German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Accurately process AP invoices and accruals (invoices, credit/debit memos) in SAP Vistex,
with approval from the sales department;
* Offer excellent service to internal and external customers, addressing account manager
questions and resolving accrual queries promptly and professionally
* Provide data for financial and SOX audits;
* Ensure received contracts comply with SOX controls;
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the French Business Unit;
* Work with other departments to reduce old debts, ensure timely CMA payments, and help
resolve customer disputes.

Requirements:
* Fluent in French and German (written and spoken) and good knowledge of English;
* University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting;
* Strong analytical and good teamwork and networking skills.;
* Detail-oriented and responsible, effective at managing time and multitasking;
* Experience in accounts payable is a plus;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
